Very sad news of world is that theoretical physcists Stephen Hawking have been died at the age of 76. Stephen Hawking became popular for his theoretical conception on physics. Understanding of universe. Black hole conception. The famous book written by Stephen Hawking is A Brief History of Time.


Proffessor Stephen Hawking born in 1942 8th january in Oxford, London. But his parants house were in Nort London. They moved to Oxford during Second world war. At the age of eleven Stephen Hawking went St Alban school and then in University college, Oxford. Although, his father intend him to study on medicine, he was intend to study on mathematics. Due to non availability of mathematics in University college, he took physics to study. He awarded a first class honors degree in natural science. In 1962, Stephen Hawking admitted at Department of Applied mathematics and Theoretical physics in University of Cambridge in order to research on Cosmology. Stephen Hawking won a Phd degree on the thesis he done 'Properties of Expanding Universe' in 1965. He became first research fellow. From Gonville and Cais college he became fellow on 'Distinction in Science'. Stephen Hawking won Adams prize for Singularity and the geometry of space time.

Internal rate of return is a discounted rate that makes NPV equal to zero. Internal rate of return simply define as IRR. IRR determines that if any project will be accept or reject. There have a certain condition on IRR that determines that the project will accept or not.  Let initial investment 100 dollar, after a one year expected to gain 130 dollar. NPV= Negative value of initial investment + FV/(1+r) = -100+130/(1+.08) Here, r is 8 percent =20.37 Here, NPV is greater than zero Project should accept. Again let us calculate IRR, IRR makes NPV is equal to zero. NPV = -100 + 130/(1+R) 0 = -100 + 130/(1+R) R = .30 30 percent Hence, R is greater than r Hence, project is accepted
