Dark matter


Dark matter is thought as a form of a hypothetical matter and it is considered that about 85% of our visible universe is composed with dark matter. More interesting fact is that the Quarter of the total energy density of universe is come from dark matter.

Dark matter may be baryonic and non-baryonic. But most of the form of dark matter is non-baryonic in nasture. Dark matter is named as following the phenomena that it is not observable within the electromagnetic radiation or in light.

There have a lot of evidence of existing dark matter in universe. The primary and first phenomena of galaxies flying apart instead of rotating or moving and not behaving as they should do happens due to lack of dark matter inside galaxies.

Another evidence of existing of dark matter is found from the existence of gravitational lensing, cosmic microwave background radiation, From the formation and evolution of galaxies.

If dark matter is exist then it is thought that it will interact with the baryonic matter as well as energy, except gravitation.
