Ego defense mechanism



Human mind have two side. Constructive and destructive. Two ego belongs togather. Human mind wants to get pleasure. To get pleasure human have to drive various activity. But peoples fears about their activity because real world restricts to do each and every work.

When peoples want to something then his ego defence mechanism restrict him to do this. For that reason there continuously happen a strugle between should do and should not do.

This struggle within human mind is termed as ego defence mechanism.
